When doing a couples massage, you can choose to each have a different massage if you would like, but the time frame has to be the same.

Aaron Andres, Massage Therapist / Yoga Instructor

Aaron Andres was born in Flint, Michigan into a military family. His father served our country in the Army for most of Aaron’s childhood. Being a child in a military family taught him how to prepare for the unexpected in many ways. He grew up in many places, often only staying in one location for three years.

As a young adult, Aaron chose to enlist in the United States Marine Corps. Along with the rigorous physical conditioning, Aaron also acquired new skills as an IT and Communications Technician. After five years, Aaron was honorably discharged and continued to pursue a career in the IT field, working on several government contracts for the next four years.

For the next chapter in his life, Aaron used his veteran’s benefits to attend different schools to develop the skills he needed to build a new life. He attended Wilderness Awareness School, Chapman School of Seamanship, National Personal Trainer Institute, National Holistic Institute, and Joya Yoga Teacher Training. Each school enhanced his skills in observation, body awareness, movement, and the improvement of body functionality.

Presently, Aaron has settled in Winter Haven, Florida. He works with individual clients and classes teaching a variety of fitness and wellness practices. These practices include hatha and yin yoga, fitness classes, as well as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Chair, and Thai massage.

Before becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist, I was a Nurse from 1993 until I attended a private school in 1998 in Texas for Massage Therapy and then attended Ridge Technical College in 2011 when I moved back to Florida to earn more hours required to get my license in Florida as an LMT. I have 23 years' experience as an LMT. I have been teaching Massage Therapy at Ridge Technical College in Winter Haven, FL for 6 years now. I have been working as an LMT at The Salt Room Winter Haven for 2 years.

Jennifer, MA86161

Jennifer is a Winter Haven, Florida native. She received her massage education from Ridge Technical College and career center. Jennifer has been a licensed massage therapist for 6 years. In those years she has worked with athletes competing in our local Iron Man competition, wrestlers, and high school athletes for sports massage. Jennifer now centers her practice around holistic and natural therapies. She is currently studying herbalism, sound vibrational therapy, and Reiki. Some of which she incorporates into her Elements massage. Jennifer is also well established in her unique Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques for massage.
